Francoise Le Poulichet works with leaders and authors navigating identity, voice, and what's next. She creates meaningful space for the conversations that shape who you're becoming.
Together, we've been in the room when real shifts happen. This retreat is us creating that room...intentionally again.

Shift & Rise is designed for women who are in a moment of transition, expansion, or reflection. If you're navigating what's next in your life, leadership, or identity, and want space to think and act clearly in the company of like-minded women, this is for you.
What makes this retreat different?
This retreat is designed with intetion and spaciousness. We create space for depth, meaningful conversation, and real-time reflection with women who understand the nuance of growth and change.
Day 1 enables us to get clarity on what is present or emerging within us, what we need to honor and what to let go, and make space for what we are called to explore. Day 2 builds on this work to explore how you leave an impact, whether that is through your spoken or written words. We will wrap up with a blueprint you can continue to test and refine when you get home.
What does the daily schedule look like?
We kick off Friday evening with light refreshments on the rooftop, at the golden hour. Retreat days are Saturday and Sunday, from 10am to 4pm, with lots of breaks in between. The schedule enables flexibility for morning beach walks, and evening sunset on the beach. The days are designed to feel intentional, with space to breath and unwind. We're also exploring a sunset beach dinner on Saturday evening…details to come!

How do I book lodging?
Once you register, you’ll receive a dedicated booking link with preferred rates and perks. We are excited to offer the preferred room rates three days pre and post our event dates of Oct 2- 5, 2026.
Where is the retreat located?
The retreat will be held at Hotel Erwin, a boutique beachfront hotel in the heart of Venice Beach, about 30 minutes from LAX. Steps from the ocean, with one of the most iconic rooftop views in LA. It's a setting you don't want to miss!
What will I leave with after the retreat?
You'll leave with clarity on what's next for your season of life, language for what you've been sensing but couldn't fully name, and a renewed sense of direction and momentum. Most importantly, you'll leave with meaningful connections with women who truly see, understand and support who you are becoming.
Many of us are navigating new questions, new projects, new expressions of who we're becoming. Sometimes the most valuable thing we can do is pause long enough to be in the company of women who understand exactly what that feels like.
