Hi! I'm Tanjina Shapiro

I've spent 25 years in leadership - as a COO, culture builder, and the person executives called when they needed clarity in the chaos.

And somewhere in the midst of all of it, I had to face a truth I'd been outrunning; the same resilience that got me here was quietly costing everything that mattered.

The reckoning didn't come from a framework. It came from finally pausing long enough to ask: who am I underneath all of this performance?

What followed was my own series of micro-shifts that slowly rewired how I led, how I worked, and how I showed up for myself. The Intentional S.H.I.F.T.™ methodology grew out of that lived process.

I created this work for high-achieving women who are ready to move from performing to evolving. Not by stepping back from their ambition, but by leading from something deeper.

How is this different from traditional executive coaching?

Most coaching focuses on performance and strategies to improve performance. This work digs into WHY you're exhausted even when you're succeeding, then shows you HOW to redesign what's not working. We look at the patterns keeping you stuck, test new ways of leading and living, and build what actually works for you, so the changes last long after our work comes to a close.

Is this appropriate if I am not burned out, just stretched?

Absolutely! You don't have to be in burnout to benefit from this work. Many clients are high-performing and capable, they just recognize that their current pace isn't sustainable any longer. This is about designing forward before you hit a wall, rather than recovering after you crash.

What if I am not sure what needs to change yet?

You already know something's off, that's why you're here. You don't need to have all the answers before we start. The first 4 weeks are designed to help you pinpoint what's not working and why, so you can design something that actually does work sooner than you would on your own.

How much time should I realistically expect to commit each week?

Beyond our 60-minute weekly calls, it varies based on what you're experimenting with that week. Sometimes it's a couple minutes several times a day; other times it could be an hour or so. Our work is designed to integrate into your real life, not sit on top of it as another thing you "should" be doing.

Is Human Design required to benefit from this work?

No, but it's incredibly useful. Human Design shows you how you're wired to make decisions and manage energy, so we can design something that actually fits YOU (not generic advice). We use it as a practical tool, not woo-woo. The real transformation comes from testing what works for your specific patterns.

What happens at the end of 12 weeks?

You'll know who you are regardless of the title you hold. You'll trust yourself to make decisions without second-guessing.
